ONE more year? Yeah!'

Those were the words of UAAP Season 86 MVP — and now Finals MVP — Kevin Quiambao as he thanked the Lasallian community and bared his desire to do it all again with the Green Archers next season.

A historic sophomore season capped by a 73-69 win over the UP Maroons in winner-take-all Game 3 enabled Quiambao to replicate the feat done by La Salle great Don Allado of a UAAP title-Season MVP-Finals MVP hat-trick in both 1998 and 1999.

Afterwards, the La Salle big man told reporters he is bound for Japan - but for a vacation.

"Papunta kasi ako ng Japan ng December 15. Bakasyon lang," said Quiambao, who clammed up when asked if there are indeed offers from B.League teams.

"Bawal sabihin," he said smiling.
